Our store has been carefully selected and purchased directly from Takeuchi Shoten in Kochi Prefecture.We use the finest dried bonito in Japan that has won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award.Unlike typical bonito, you can enjoy the deep taste, flavor and texture of the umami flavor.
